School Improvement
The Trust has an impressive record of school improvement. Our favoured approach is to work collaboratively with a school to ensure that leaders are supported to recruit and retain the quality practitioners that are key to driving improvements. The Trust will use its experts to support other schools with CPD and practical day to day advice. Our aim is to ensure that all pupils access a quality holistic education and colleagues are able to work in a supportive environment where their contribution is valued and they are given every opportunity to excel.
Under the remit of the Executive Head, Trevor Orchard, we offer:
